[VPM] Perl 6...taking sooo long...is it dead?

The Perl 6 development environment is in pre-alpha, so it is mainly 
useful to use it now if you are working on making or testing Perl 6 
itself, as am I.

Some binaries for Win32 exist, since Windows users tend to lack free 
build tools to compile their own.
