[VPM] Volunteer opportunities for OSCON

I just noticed that O'Reilly has a limited number of volunteer slots 
open for the Open Source Conference in Portland in July; see 
http://conferences.oreillynet.com/os2004/volunteer.pdf.  Volunteers get 
a pass to the convention.

These slots look like they're going fast, so if you're interested, act soon.
