I don't think Randal will mind giving you an autograph.  I'm not aware 
of any guarantees as to which people will be going to UVic though.

However, he just wrote the foreword for the latter book and unless Joe 
Hall is going to be there, my guess would be that he would be 
uncomfortable being the only signatory on that book.
