[VPM] Linux Lunacy update

My bad - the Linux Lunacy visit to Victoria is Sep 19, not Sep 
23.  It's on their way back. Emailing Randal now.

For those of you that weren't there, we tossed around the idea of 
inviting the Linux Lunacy crowd to get together at Big Bad John's - 
sounds like Randal Schwartz's kind of place.

Next month's meeting will feature a talk by self on the Template 
Toolkit - if anyone else has any personal experience with TT feel free 
to contribute.
