[Van-pm] Perl Job market in Vancouver

Hi,

I'm coming to Vancouver next year long term and would really like to get 
involved in any Vancouver Perl Mongery.
I work as a Perl website programmer currently in Tokyo and I was wondering 
what the job situation is in Vancouver and if there any good companies I 
could contact. Also, I would really like to meet other Perl enthusiasts.
I'm looking at arriving around March/April 2006.
