[Van-pm] Free copy of the Perl Medic

Hello,

I have received a free copy of "Perl Medic: Transforming Legacy Code"
by Peter J. Scott.  I would like to make this available to anyone who
would like to read it and present a short review to the group.  I've
flipped through it briefly, and it seems to thoroughly cover good Perl
style and gives some tips on refactoring.
