Topic: Stas Bekman will be giving a tutorial on mod_perl 2.0

       Stas Bekman is an author of the mod_perl guide 
       (http://perl.apache.org/docs/1.0/guide) and a co-author of 
       the "Practical mod_perl" book (http://modperlbook.org/). 
                                                                           
Stas has asked for a general sense of the groups experience with
mod_perl, so that he can tailor the lecture towards the group.  
Please take a look over the avaliable material, and let him know what
you would be interested in learning.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to Stas for a good presentation, and Shane et al at ActiveState
for donating their time and meeting space.  

Stas gave us an overview of some of the new features Mod_Perl 2.0,
focusing on filters.  He is willing to present on some more specific
features next month, but he needs to know what you want to hear!  

The floor is now open for discussion..

I think the meeting time and place worked out well, an so the next 
meeting will be held October 21, 2003, 7:00pm at ActiveState.
