Can you help verify french holidays for Date::Calc?

A few comments: I've never heard of "Jour de la République" but "Fête
Nationale".
"Ascension du Christ" is usually called "Ascension" whereas "Ascension de
Marie" becomes "Assomption".
May 1st is called "Fête du Travail" i.s.o "Jour du Travail".

I think you can drop "Dimanche de " for "Pâques" and "Pentecôte".

Should the 19th of March be included? It's not a bank holiday but the
anniversary of the end the war in Algeria (Evian Agreement, 19.03.1962) and
sometimes remembered of by some mayors. I don't how it should be called
either, for some still dare not call the events in Algeria a war.
