If you have the PDF on a spare USB key, people can pass it around and make themselves a copy. </div>If with Linux, the laptop function key (e.g. fn-f2 or fn-f5 is common)<br>
should work, but if not, I have a desktop gnome launcher that runs,<br>
xrandr --output VGA-0 --mode 1024x768<br>
and that will work except for very old projectors that need 800x600.<br>
<br>
It's always worth testing beforehand, though.<br>
