Thanks for the warm welcome all :)<br><br>I use Perl both at work and for my own personal projects. Perl is used quite a bit for many of the Service Console tools which are shipped with ESX or Server by the engineering team in San Francisco.<br>
<br>I'm the Tools and Automation lead for the Product Support Engineering group, which makes tools for use by GSS (Global Support Services) - essentially tools to help our Technical Support Engineers. I'm the only one here in Burlington though, the rest of my Team are in SF. The Burlington office mostly employs Technical Support engineers, along with a handful of representatives in HR and other departments.<br>
