Hi All,

Due to a scheduling conflict, it looks like I'm going to be off the grid
for this month's meeting on Thursday August 26. I don't yet have a
presentation scheduled, but if someone could take over as host for the
meeting, I'd appreciate it.

Despite the fact that we didn't really have anything planned, it went
remarkably well. I presume Meetup fires up automatically at the scheduled
time, so the meeting was there when I connected.

We had a couple of visitors from the US (different places), and quite a
stimulating discussion. International visits are clearly a good thing, so
it's worth while checking any other pm groups for online meetings.

Presumably, crystal has moved on from gurulink.ca, and needs to be deleted

That's great news!

I had scheduled myself for some time off-grid, and briefly thought, well, I
can probably manage to join by phone if I do this and this and this .. and
then I figured, you know, I'll just let things handle themselves for one
month.

It's the last day of August, so this is a reminder that September is
typically our Lightning Talks session .. so put on your thinking caps
everyone, and I'll follow up on that in a few days.
