[tpm] Stepping down

Alrighty then.  I've scheduled a Social for this month to make up for last
month at C'est What.  Thank you both Alex Beamish and Mike Stok for the
suggestion.

Per Abram's and others comments, we can see if we can talk someone (or some
group) to step into the organizer role.  See if we can cobble a cabal
together.  Otherwise, this will be a farewell bash.  Sad, but a nice way to
see y'all again.
