[tpm] talks for April

If I recall and understood correctly a quick description I read a while
ago, Test::Class and Test::Class::Moose use classes (and Moose classes
respectively) for building tests, rather than being test methods for
testing classes and Moose classes. i.e. the names are noun-adjective
rather than verb-subject. Of course, to test class code, a class based
test suite is a good fit so both forms of the names are somewhat relevant.
