[tpm] send sms to a rogers phone

I just use MIME::Lite to send an email to 6472223333 at pcs.rogers.com  
(or whatever the number is).  That initiates a process that will get  
you the info via SMS, albeit in a roundabout manner.  You get an SMS  
saying you have an SMS.  Then you reply to that SMS to then receive  
your SMS.  It's suboptimal to say the least.  If anyone knows how to  
do this in a way that doesn't use @pcs.rogers.com, I'd be very  
interested to hear about it.
