James' talk last night on  "Training a Team in Perl Web Development" was
interesting. The subsequent discourse morphed into a more general
discussion of standards and code management. That led us to watch Linus
Torvalds explaining to Google why git is the ultimate in code management
tools, and if you use CVS (or Subversion), you are ugly, stupid, and your
