<div>Last night was a smaller group than normal, but we still met.</div>

<div>We gathered at ValueClick to catch anyone who wasn't caught up with the e-mails and then went to a nearby restaurant and re-conveniened.</div>

<div>I gave a presentation on using Perl and purely open-source modules to create spreadsheets in the proprietary XLS format (I know, sounds mutually exclusive, but that was part of the presentation).</div>

<div>We also discussed various topics relating to Perl and it's applications in our individual environments.</div>

<div>According to my calendar, our next meeting will be on July 12th. </div>
