[Thousand-Oaks-pm] Upcoming meeting, and semi-sponsored message

Howdy, Mongers!  Our next meeting is on Wednesday, November 9.  Dave 
Oswald will present a talk on Inline::C, the eminently palatable 
alternative to Perl XS.  We still have space for another presenter,
