[Thousand-oaks-pm] Two weeks until the next Thousand Oaks PM meeting

I agree. A frameset would definitely allow the root website to stay at thousand-oaks.pm.org and
allow some flexibility when pointing to other content areas even on other servers if necessary. 
Using frames and would basically turn the TO homepage into a portal (of sorts). It would just suck
for text-based webbrowsers (yes I use them sometimes ;)
