[Thamesvalley-pm] Marlow dev meetup

A new meet-up group has been formed for developers in the Marlow area:

There was a first social gathering in a Marlow pub last night, and starting next month there will be monthly tech talk sessions. Current proposed format is one talk of about 30 minutes, and 2 or 3 talks of 5 to 15 minutes. The meetings will be in Marlow every time.
