Personally I think that's the one true way for a mailing list to work, 
but I've had three replies that went straight to me and not to the list 
so I'm not sure that many people understand that style of mailing list 
any more.

So I've changed the setting so that "reply-to" is set to the list.

It is, of course, up to Raf to decide what he wants the setting to be 
long term. And also to decide on a policy for top-posting and HTML mail. 
My vote would be for instant execution for either offence, but some 
people are more tolerant than me :-)
