Yes, Freemind can do most anything. Check out the accessory list for useful import/export scripts.<br>

If you want to source OWL and target UML, for your class relationships, you could use Stanford Protege, then the TwoUse kit to convert the OWL to UML.<br>

If OWL is not needed, then this'd be overkill, and less fun. :-) There are better UML tools that don't involve OWL. ArgoUML might work, but first check if it supports the level of UML you need. Eclipse has some decent UML support these days.<br>
