jeah, there is at least one regular SPUGger who is a bioinformatics
person. Though I am not currently doing bioinformatics, my previous job
involved bioinformatics, and it is still an interest of mine. And I know
that there are several companies in the area that make use of Perl for
bioinformatics processing, so this is a good topic for SPUG.
