Actually, it's filemaker 5 (which is a CTABLE-ish thing) which isn't too 
complex if you can read the language of the application (nope, didn't 
study Japanese) and the scripts (nope), or have someone who knows how the 
system (nope) or can figure out how it was put together (nope).

I'll ask you what MaxDB is.  The name rings a bell, but that's it.
