SPUG: Using ActivePerl?

Hey Brian,
ActivePerl is very easy to install and use. It comes with a rich
selection of libraries, and a CPAN-like tool "ppm" for installing more.
Perl is also very good at making the transition from UNIX programming
to Windows programming, so the language part is very easy and happy :-)
Grab it, install it, and have fun!
