SPUG: Congrats, Brian - Inline to be adopted into core of Perl

Congratulations to Brian Ingerson, whose Inline module is scheduled to be
incorporated into the core Perl distribution in a future release (according
to the Perl 5.8.1 Release Announcement at
http://use.perl.org/articles/03/09/26/2231256.shtml?tid=6 ).  This is a de
facto statement by the Perl inner circle that Brian's module is a good
solution and is widely used.
