Hi, Luis! Good to 'see' you again. ;-)  I'll talk to you off-line, to
catch up on old times.

Talking about old times, what you are asking is 'close' to what we did at
InfoSpace together. In your specific case, you should lift a 'public
domain' solution from the Internet; the goal is to show your solution is
clearly independent of anything we did at INSP.

Am I being paranoid about you violating your 'non-compete agreement'?
Maybe a little... but it's better to avoid lawyers at all costs.
