Yes,

I built it as a DSO on my powerbook "dev box" ;-)

The author of Bricolage (David Wheeler) uses Macs extensively, and goes 
through a fairly thorough how-to on all things required to run Bricolage 
(one of which is mod_perl) on Mac OS X.  Here's the link:
