I did talk to Earthlink and they have a zero tolerance policy for spam.  Instead
of
blacklisting all Earthlink addresses, I will call them directly and report
specific addresses,
and that person will lose their privileges.  Of course I want to receive mail
from the list
and those posting to the list I naturally do not consider as spam.

To those who suggested spam-assasin on CPAN, thanks I will take a look at it.

The blacklist e-mails should no longer be a problem for Tom with an earthlink
e-mail
address.
