Greetings from the frozen tundra(!?) of Dallas(!??!).  To answer your
question, there's a DBD::CSV driver that will ostensibly let you use the
regular DBI methods on them, but I haven't tried it personally, so YMMV.
I'm interested to hear what kind of results you get playing with it. :)
