Hi-

This is probably really an apache question, but I was wondering if any of
you knew what this was about...

I've got a home Debian Linux system ("woody", but with a bunch of "testing"
stuff installed) that I was thinking of playing around with a wiki on for
tracking various family lists, etc. So, I installed the kwiki apt package
(v0.17-1) installed and I've gone to my /usr/lib/cgi-bin dir, created a
my-kwiki subdir, cd'd to that and run kwiki-install. Now, when I point my
Netscape (4.7x) at http://localhost/cgi-bin/my-kwiki/index.cgi, I get this
403 error:

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/my-kwiki/css/Display.css on this server.

    Apache/1.3.27 Server at voyager.rresearch.com Port 80

and checking my apache error.log file, I see this:

[Sat Aug 9 14:08:55 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] file permissions deny server execution: /usr/lib/cgi-bin/my-kwiki/css/Display.css

Why would it try to execute that file? Grepping through the sources in
there, I see Display.css here:

    ./template/display_header.html:5:<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/Display.css">
    ./template/blog_header.html:5:<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/Display.css">

I'm assuming that I'm just missing some big of Apache config here, but I
don't know what. Any ideas?

Scott

PS: I'll be on vacation for about 2 weeks starting tomorrow (Sun 8/10),
so if you don't get an immediate reply, I've either left or am busy
    packing...:)
