I saw it and started to take a look at it.  You'll find the reception
bugs get varies quite a lot based on how busy people are and whether
or not it catches the eye of someone familiar with a particular piece
of perl.  In general, I'd recommend resending a bug report to
perl5-porters at perl.org (with the assigned bug-id in the subject) if a
week goes by with no response.

Hugo van der Sanden <hv at crypt.org> is the pumpking.  But he would
probably just bounce your mail to p5p, so you might as well start there.
