SPUG: CGI::Form errors?

I get the following errors on my web script when I set to use the perl module 
CGI::Form.  I have checked to make sure that the perl modules CGI, CGI::Form, 
CGI::Base and CGI::BasePlus are current.  I do not make any calls to the 
module just loading the module give the error.  Is this a know problem with 
CGI::Form or did I miss something?
