SPUG: Two errors I need hashing out

Hm, further checking into this seems to show that the MySQL insert gets to
the id of 127 and just stops.  Then it tries to overwrite 127 over and over
again.  Weird.  Anyone know just enough MySQL to allude to what would cause
this?  If not, I'll see if I can get this resolved via a MySQL help site.
