SPUG: Java Guru ?

Anyone know a Java Guru?

I need a (hopefully simple) Java Applet done
Basically, a simplistic wysiwyg html editor,
with some special "stuff" thrown into it.

I've seen a few of these commercially available,
but none of the authors want to customize for
what we need.
