If you install UWin (http://www.research.att.com/sw/tools/uwin/) and the
Portable Unix Toolkit Enterprise Edition
 http://www.raycosoft.com/rayco/put/download.html ), the attached script
will to search and replaces on multiple text files.  Might be faster than
writing your own Perl script.
