Yo Dudes,
If you want help with Linux system administration problems, including
dead disk drives, please subscribe to linux-list at ssc.com (using the
normal Majordomo conventions). This is a great Seattle-based source
for this type of info run by the Linux Journal folks (just down the
street from me in the high-tech municipality of Ballard).
