SPUG: Unix to MS SQL Server Using Perl and ODBC

What version of MS SQL? I've used DBI and DBD::Sybase to connect to an
older version (6.5 I think). MS SQL and Sybase ASE used to be one and the
same. It wasn't until around MS SQL 7 that Microsoft started significantly
changing the protocol (TDS). Surprise!

I don't use MS SQL anymore. I use something much more stable. I didn't
have to change any of my code either.
