SPUG: SSL Lockout

Hey everyone,
My first question for the forum isn't directly related to perl,
but it's close... :>

I am researching how to "lock out" browsers from a
site/page/script if they don't have 128bit encryption in their browsers,
but have come up with nothing so far. Using apache 1.3.9, and mod_perl,
it can be through the scripts themsleves, or server control (they're not
picky, as long as it works). I know this is possible because my
University used to reject access to its registration if you didn't have
the high encryption.

	Any help is appreciated :>
