Gee thanks! I think that once in a while it is good for one to
post their success and ideas rather than just their problems.

Actually, the time estimate is almost right on. I find that it is best to
allocate at least an hour of driving time to get to Seattle. I think the
yahoo time estimate does a fairly good job to guess the driving time. The
rate works out to 31.65 mph. That's about right for a trip to the city.
