[Southampton-pm] Changes to Soton PM and next Social

That was a great session yesterday! I'm really impressed by how many has
come and it was such a great evening! As renaming is trending this year - I
have renamed the meetup to "Solent Raku&Perl Mongers"
https://www.meetup.com/solentpm/ twitter, this mailing list, etc. remains
Southampton.pm

Warren, wow that's so kind of you to cover costs 3 times in a row! Thank
you! I wonder if there are any other platforms to advertise though?

I am voting against Vytas taking over, Anton is doing a fab work and can
continue! Myself or anyone can step-in when you are away :) :) :)
