Very briefly: it is nice for those who likes "stability" in sense of
having regularly paid salary and having a beer party every last Friday
of the month. Or you will be highly disappointed if you prefer
changing the world, using new technologies and not being stuck by
dirty code, which is dirty not because it was a quick hack but because
creating crappy code with the old technologies is a philosophy.
