Hey everybody,

The next Singapore.pm meetup will be at the Hackerspace.sg, Kampong
Glam, from 3pm to 7pm this Saturday, December 5. If you don't know
where that is, check out: http://hackerspace.sg/social/location/. As
usual, the meetup is *officially* from 3pm to 7pm, but feel free to
wander in later (4pm to 5pm seems to be peak arrival time) and we'll
probably go out for dinner towards the end. Any talks won't be before
5pm at least.

Would anybody like to volunteer a talk? Based on the first meetup's
composition, I think anything overly advanced would go over most
people's heads; maybe something simple (like Test::More/prove,
Modern::Perl, Data::Dumper or Git) would be better to start off with?
Of course, if you want to go advanced, there's probably enough
Perlheads around to make it worthwhile. I'm not sure what presentation
equipment Hackerspace.sg have; I'll check with them, and let you know.

Also: it looks like Hackerspace.sg might be our permanent venue from
now on! They're a great bunch of guys (all details at http://hackerspace.sg/)
, the space is nice, and it'd be great not have to worry about booking
space, being indoors, and other suchlike issues. Check them out, and
do consider becoming a member.

See you all on Saturday!

cheers,
Gaurav
