[SP-pm] Criar diretório virtual

Observação: o ramdisk "clássico", feito mountando /dev/ram0, "arranca" o
espaço alocado da sua RAM e tem o overhead do filesystem. tmpfs expande (até
o limite definido) conforme a necessidade, e é um filesystem por si só (com
o único objetivo de fazer ramdisks).
