[sf-perl] video for "Learning Go" talk

Ah, I think I see what's going on there.  I can download the mp4 and
watch it with vlc, but you can't play it inside of firefox, because I
used the H.264 video encoding on the advice of someone at
stackoverflow, who neglected to mention it's patent-encumbered.

I'll switch back to the MPEG codec, and try again.

Meanwhile, the ogv file is definitely workable.
