If I can get a some more people to commit in the next few days, I'll tell the folks at craigslist we're on. As always, my take is that "perl talks" are talks about things of interest to Perl people. Perl people are actually interested in lots of things: different programming languages, operating systems, databases, web servers, development tools, etc. Old classics like "my new favorite cpan module" are welcome as well, of course... I can download the mp4 and watch it with vlc, but you can't play it inside of firefox, because I used the H.264 video encoding on the advice of someone at stackoverflow, who neglected to mention it's patent-encumbered. If this were somehow up in the TB range, it might still be worth discussing how to make it smaller, but as it is, it's pretty tiny. Just my $.02, that being approximately how much the storage for the current size costs if it's an ordinary SSD, much less if it's rotating media.
