    questions about unicode)

(8) Xiong Changnian
    Conway's Smart::Comments and his own Devel::Comments
    (a variant that can write to any filehandle, not just STDERR)

(9) David Sharnoff
    Steam::Aggregate (for weblog processing, etc).
