If you're running Centos, why aren't you installing catalyst from an rpm?
That should give you the dependencies, something that's expected to run so
you don't need to wait for the unit tests, and a predictable version with
no unexpected upgrades.

That would be *my* ideal world, where everything across the organization is
managed by the native package management system, including in-house
software.  "Repeatable" is only the second step on the CMM model, but it's
still more rare than common.
