[sf-perl] Notice of Reply-To email list setting change

Greetings SF.pm members,

This is a notice to inform you that Reply-To setting for this mailing
list has been temporarily changed from reply-to list, to reply-to
poster.

What this means is that when you hit the reply button (or link for
those lucky pine users), your message will no longer go to the rest of
the list by default.  It will go to the sender.  So if you reply to
this message, only I will get the reply.

Whereas previously, your reply would go to the entire list.  To reply
to the entire list, please choose the 'reply to all' feature of your
email client.

This is a temporary change, the duration of which is currently under
consideration while the effects of this change are evaluated.  Please
refrain from starting another discussion on this issue unless you use
the [offtopic] subject tag.
