[sf-perl] what do you do?

It changed a bit recently, but these days:

40% Managing
20% Design, Project/Product Mgmt, and Planning
40% Coding

35% Perl
25% Ruby
25% Javascript
15% SQL, Shell, occasional bits of C or  and whatnot

Interesting, since at my previous job it was about 85% Java and 15%
SQL (and some Ruby in my spare time).
