I was thinking that what might be needed is someone a little
lower-down the chain, to read through the list of bugs and 
and re-prioritize them... make sure that the Priority 1 bugs 
are real crashers, etc.

(You could hire someone from the Mozilla team to close them at
random... that reduces the size of the queue pretty quickly.)
